What is LAW OF ATTRACTIONS?
The law of attraction is the New Thought spiritual belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person’s life. The belief is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are made from “pure energy” and that like energy can attract like energy, thereby allowing people to improve their health, wealth, or personal relationships. There is no empirical scientific evidence supporting the law of attraction, and it is widely considered to be pseudoscience or religion couched in scientific language. This belief has alternative names that have varied in popularity over time, including manifestation and lucky girl syndrome.
Advocates generally combine cognitive reframing techniques with affirmations and creative visualization to replace limiting or self-destructive (“negative”) thoughts with more empowered, adaptive (“positive”) thoughts. A key component of philosophy is the idea that in order to effectively change one’s negative thinking patterns, one must also “feel” (through creative visualization) that the desired changes have already occurred. This combination of positive thought and positive emotion is believed to allow one to attract positive experiences and opportunities by achieving resonance with the proposed energetic law.
Proponents believe that the law of attraction is always in operation and that it brings to each person the conditions and experiences that they predominantly think about, or which they desire or expect.
Charles Haanel wrote in The Master Key System (1912):
The law of attraction will certainly and unerringly bring to you the conditions, environment, and experiences in life, corresponding with your habitual, characteristic, predominant mental attitude.
Ralph Trine wrote in In Tune with The Infinite (1897):
The law of attraction works universally on every plane of action, and we attract whatever we desire or expect. If we desire one thing and expect another, we become like houses divided against themselves, which are quickly brought to desolation. Determine resolutely to expect only what you desire, then you will attract only what you wish for
3 Steps to Use the Law of Attraction
All you need to do to unleash the power of this global rule is to adhere to these easy three steps:
Step 1: Make Your Requests Known to the Universe
You make requests in the form of thoughts to the cosmos and your subconscious mind on a daily basis. Your thoughts, readings, conversations, and focus all communicate to the universe what you wish to see more of in your life.
It’s crucial that you start thinking more deliberately about the thoughts you send out into the cosmos because of this. You will be able to draw such things into your life more easily if you are more focused and clearer about what you truly desire.
Assume, for instance, that you wish to relocate to a different state, change occupations, receive a significant career award, host your own television program, or recuperate from a serious illness.
After you’ve “arrived” at your objective, how will you feel?
Throughout the day, what would you be doing?
With whom would you be interacting?
Your desires will come true more quickly if you concentrate more on getting what you do want rather than getting what you don’t want.
Step 2: Have faith that you’ll achieve your goals
It’s not enough to merely concentrate on your goals; you also need to have faith that they are achievable!
If you have goals in mind but secretly doubt your ability to reach them, you will wind up sending conflicting signals to the universe, and it will react to you in different ways.
The issue is that the majority of people hold restrictive ideas that prevent them from welcoming abundance and contentment into their lives.

Additionally, you can simulate the feelings you would have if you already obtained your desired outcome. Your subconscious mind will become active as a result, bringing those imagined feelings to pass.
